Prepare for a useful first call
Bring the home as you know it.
Start with the property address and what brings you to the conversation: a current concern, a planned replacement, a renovation, a custom home, or a material decision. Tell us what you like. “I love standing seam but want it to feel warm” is useful. So is “I want slate character and need help comparing natural and synthetic options.”
Safe, ground-level photographs can show the home, roof shape, landscape, access, and visible areas of concern. Plans, elevations, inspection notes, product names, HOA guidelines, and existing scopes can add helpful context. There is no need to climb onto the roof.

How to read a roofing scope
Look for the named material and enough assembly detail to understand the work: removal, deck treatment, underlayment, ventilation, fastening, edges, flashings, penetrations, drainage, accessories, protection, cleanup, and related-trade coordination where applicable.
